The active roadmap now lives at the repo root: roadmap.md.

That file is kept in sync with the current development branch and covers:

• Merge-to-master gates for v8 (source-generator line).
• Shipped vs remaining v8 features.
• Known deferred-quality items and remaining performance levers.
• Open questions (header-based include transport, cross-language providers).
